Installed a Bradford White 50-gallon LP power vent water heater in basement utility room. Performed minor alterations to existing water lines, gas line, and venting system to accommodate the new unit. Connected all plumbing and gas connections, installed ZCOV control system on top of tank, verified proper operation of temperature/pressure relief valve, and confirmed system functionality upon completion.
Installed a 40-gallon Bradford White electric water heater in utility closet as return work. Configured new copper supply lines with brass fittings and pressure relief valve, connected white flexible PEX tubing to existing plumbing system, and completed all necessary connections to bring unit into full operation.
