Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical Services in Rhinelander, WI

Frasier’s Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, and Electrical has been part of Rhinelander since the company opened as a small plumbing shop here in 1918. Today, our North Brown Street location gives homeowners throughout the 54501 area direct access to heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical professionals who understand how Northern Wisconsin homes operate.

From older homes near the downtown core and Stevens Street to properties around Boom Lake, the Wisconsin River, and the rural stretches beyond US 8 and WIS 17, the systems inside Rhinelander homes can differ significantly. Call (715) 804 0947 or contact us online to schedule service with a team that has called Rhinelander home for more than a century.

More Than 100 Years of Service From Our Rhinelander Home

Frasier’s did not expand into Rhinelander from somewhere else. This is where our company began. Five generations have carried the business forward since 1918, and Frasier’s now provides heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical service across much of Northern Wisconsin. That history gives our team firsthand experience with the older homes, lake properties, rural systems, cabins, and newer construction found throughout Rhinelander and Oneida County.

Heating Services for Rhinelander, WI Homes

Reliable heat takes on a different level of importance in Rhinelander, where prolonged freezing temperatures can expose weaknesses in a heating system quickly. Homes closer to the city are commonly equipped with natural gas systems, while propane becomes more common as you move into rural parts of Oneida County. Boilers and in-floor radiant systems are also familiar sights in older properties, cabins, and custom lake homes, while cold-climate Heat pumps continue to give homeowners another option for efficient comfort.

Air Conditioning Services in Rhinelander, WI

Rhinelander may be known for cold weather, but homeowners still need dependable cooling when warm and humid conditions arrive. Central air conditioning is common in newer and updated homes, while many older houses and Northwoods cabins were built without the ductwork needed for a conventional central system. Ductless AC can give those properties targeted cooling without requiring extensive renovations, and regular maintenance helps existing systems stay ready for the relatively short period when they are needed most.

Need help deciding whether to repair an existing cooling system or replace it? Call Frasier’s at (715) 804 0947 or contact us online to have your system evaluated.

Plumbing Services for Rhinelander, WI Properties

Plumbing conditions can change considerably between a house inside Rhinelander and a property several miles outside the city. Municipal water serves developed areas, while private wells become much more common around rural homes, cabins, and lake properties. Iron, hardness, manganese, sulfur, changing water pressure, frozen pipes, and spring groundwater can all influence the plumbing work needed in this part of Oneida County, which makes local experience especially useful when diagnosing a problem.

Electrical Services in Rhinelander, WI

Electrical needs throughout Rhinelander range from updating older wiring and panels to preparing newer homes for generators, EV chargers, modern HVAC systems, and remodeling projects. Rural and wooded areas can also be more vulnerable to power interruptions caused by snow, ice, wind, and overhead utility lines. For homes that depend on electrically powered furnaces, boilers, well pumps, sump pumps, refrigeration, and other essential equipment, a whole-home generator can provide valuable backup when utility service goes down.

Built for the Systems Rhinelander Homeowners Actually Use

A Rhinelander service company needs to know more than standard furnaces and central air conditioners. Homes throughout the area can rely on propane heat, boiler systems, radiant floors, private wells, water treatment equipment, sump pumps, septic systems, generators, and ductless equipment. Seasonal homes and cabins introduce another layer of concerns, including winterization, freeze protection, spring startup, and maintaining essential systems when the property may sit empty for stretches of time.

Frasier’s ability to provide HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work through one company is particularly useful when these systems overlap. A generator installation may require electrical planning around a well pump and heating system. A remodel may involve new plumbing, lighting, outlets, and HVAC changes. Having one local company capable of addressing the major systems in the home can make those projects easier to coordinate.

Why Rhinelander Homeowners Choose Frasier’s

Frasier’s combines a long history in Rhinelander with the operational capacity to serve homeowners throughout Northern Wisconsin. Roughly 20 trucks are dispatched across the region each day, giving our team the ability to respond to a wide range of residential service needs. Homeowners also get the benefit of working with one company for heating, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, water, and backup-power services.

  • Local roots: Frasier’s began in Rhinelander in 1918 and remains based here today.
  • Five generations of experience: More than a century of local service has given our team experience with the systems commonly found across Northern Wisconsin.
  • Multiple trades under one roof: Heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, water, and generator needs can all be handled through Frasier’s.

The service we received from Frasier’s was top notch! From the person who answered my call for help, to the tech they sent out, everyone was very professional! Zach was on time and provided a very detailed explanation of what repairs were needed. When I explained that the wall heater was not working, he offered to send someone out to quote replacement. The entire experience has been pleasant to this point.

Deborah H. – Rated 5/5 Stars

We have used Frasier’s a number of times over the years for electrical improvements and/or repairs that I am not comfortable doing myself. This week we had Shane from Frasier’s out and he did a great job for us on a half-dozen different electrical tasks. We were very happy with his work and he was very courteous throughout. Highly recommend both Frasier’s and Shane.
