“What’s this Plan all About?”
By enrolling in our Service Partner Plan, you’ll become a priority Frasier’s customer. At the same time, you’ll be ensuring that your covered home comfort systems receive the best in preventive maintenance every year. That, in turn, should lead to longer system lifespan, reduced cost of repairs, and lower energy/utility plans.
“What’s Covered in My Plan?”
Your plan can include any or all of the following home comfort systems:
- Heating System
- Central Air System
- Heat Pump
- Water Heater
Separate coverage is also provided for oil boiler systems.
"What are the Primary Plan Benefits?"
As a member of the Frasier’s Service Partner Plan program, you’ll enjoy all of these additional benefits:
- Priority Service: As a Frasier’s Service Partner, you jump to the head of the line each time, you call.
- High-Performance Tune-up: Each system you include in your Plan will receive our multi-point tune-up and inspection for as long as your membership remains active. We’ll even call you when service is due to be performed to help make sure you don’t miss out on this all important Plan benefit.
- 10% Discount: You will receive a 10% discount on all company heating and cooling services, again for as long as your plan remains in effect.
- No Emergency Service Fees: You’ll pay our same low rates after hours and on weekends as you do during normal business hours…another benefit reserved exclusively for Service Plan members.
- Transferable: Your Service Plan agreement can either be transferred to your new home or to the buyer of the home you’re selling. Your choice!
"Great Program…Now, What Does it Cost?"
A plan this complete must be expensive, right? That’s not what our Service Plan members have to say!
First, the fee depends on the number of pieces of equipment you include in your plan. If you have more than one central air conditioning condensing unit, each of them counts as a one piece of equipment.
Your fee also depends on whether you pay one month at a time or a year in advance.
