In the event your heat exchanger cracks or your boiler sections spring a leak during the first 5 years of ownership (10 years on our premium systems), we will replace your entire furnace or boiler with a new one within 48 hours of our diagnosis at absolutely no cost to you rather than make repairs or replace only the broken parts. “No Lemon” Cooling Guarantee When you invest in a new central cooling system from Frasier's, operate the system in accordance with the manufacturer’s operating and maintenance manuals, and have us maintain the system annually, our 'No Lemon' Guarantee provides you with the ultimate peace-of-mind protection. In the event your system compressor fails during the first 5 years of ownership (10 years on our premium systems), we will replace your entire condensing unit with a brand new one within 48 hours of our diagnosis at absolutely no cost to you rather than make repairs or replace only the broken compressor. Investment Guarantee Anyone can make something cheaper by cutting corners and pricing it for less. So, it’s important to know what is and what is not included in any heating and cooling system you choose for your home. With the Frasier’s Investment Guarantee, we’ll pay you a $50 bonus plus the difference in cost if you can find a comparable system for less money than ours. Performance Guarantee Frasier's guarantees that when the equipment we have installed is maintained and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s operating and maintenance manuals, the system will perform as we have stated and agreed upon. We have promised a maintained temperature variance of no more than 3 degrees from your temperature selection to the actual temperature at your thermostat when you are heating or cooling your home. If the installation temperatures are not achieved, we will make any necessary modifications, repairs or replacements at no charge to you for a period of 5 years.
